Review - Lake Tawakoni RV Campground - Point, TX - November 5, 2022

 This RV Park is in Rains County, TX and close to Point, TX., right on the big lake of Tawakoni. The Campground has 293 RV sites. Some 30 amp FHU, and some with E/W only. And after an electrical upgrade, the 50 amp sites, some FHU and some with just E/W, charge an additional $3.00 a day for their sites. we had a 30 amp FHU site and the power was just fine. The RV sites were spacious and everyone has plenty of room and privacy. All the normal ammenities are at this park and there are plenty of events going on. The pools were closed for the season while we were here. We have Verizon and the signal was pretty weak here. The Activity Lodge did have WiFi and it was working really good.

This RV campground is big and spread-out. It is a nice location, just 50 miles from the metroplex area of Fort Worth/Dallas.
