Onward To The RV Dreams Rally - September 12 - 13, 2014

When we left the Paris Park Campground, it was ready to rain. We got packed up and were on the way when the rain started. And it pretty much rained all the way. The temps have dropped too. Lows in the upper 40s. Yep, we have the fireplace going.

After a 167 mile drive, we arrived at the Bear Cave Resort. This is a RPI park. $10.00 a night. And just 50 miles from the RV Dreams Rally we will be going to on Saturday. This is a perfect stop for a couple of nights.

We moved into space 133. Not many people here. Perfect.

It stayed cloudy most of the time we were here, and even rained at night. While we were here, Donna did laundry, cleaned carpets, and pretty much gave the rig a good cleaning. I cleaned off some old caulking that I put on too thick, and aired up the tires because of the temperature changes we have had recently.

Saturday, we left the park at 8:30. We wanted to get to the Rally and get a good spot. Traffic was no issue and it was only 51 miles. The Rally doesn't officially start until Tuesday. We are doing 3 days before and 1 day after also.

Howard and Linda are here, and met us as we were setting up. We hadn't seen them since the last rally we attended in Oregon, September 2012. And just a few other rigs are here. We got setup in space 445.

This fairground hosts many types of events. The RV Dreams Rally is expecting maybe 76 rigs.  Pretty cool!

RV Dreams in the 'lights'.

We are all in the Northwest area. That is Howard & Linda's fifth wheel just above the sign.

Our spot.

Their rig is looking good. New paint!

Let the pre-activities begin!
