North Bend, OR - March 13 - 15, 2014

We left Klamath, CA and after maneuvering through some big trees (some real close to the road), we traveled the 162 miles to North Bend, OR. We just love the Oregon coast. Rugged and beautiful.

We are going to stay at the Mill RV Park at the Mill Casino in North Bend and check in time wasn't till 3 PM.

We parked temporarily in the oversize parking lot. while we went in the casino to find something to eat.

This wouldn't be a bad spot to boondock, but we wanted hookups so we could do some laundry.

The food in the casino was pretty expensive, so we opted to go back to our rig and make sandwiches.

We checked in and got a nice 62 foot pull through, full hookup site for only $17.00 (internet price).

This is a nice clean park with good wifi, right along side of Coos Bay.

We made the right choice here. This is the place to stay next time through here.

Friday we visited with my cousins Cathy and Butch. And this time my Aunt Ruth was here too.

We stopped by here last September and visited, but Aunt Ruth was out of town.

We went to Cathy and Dennis's house  and Ruth and Butch were there.

Cathy and Butch.

My Aunt Ruth. 89 years young. I hadn't seen her for many years.

We went out to dinner at the Tai Dynasty restaurant and then Cathy, Dennis and Ruth came to our RV for a visit.

We had a great visit with family. I still need to visit a couple of other cousins. Carol (who was out of town) and Jeff who lives in Albany. We will be back.

We also signed up with a new RV oriented social networking site called RVillage (Our Village). New and online at http://www.rvillage.com/. A great tool for RVers.

And off we go again.....
