The Lynden Campout

We left the Tulalip Casino and drove the 79 miles to the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds in Lynden, WA. On the way, we stopped off at a Camping World in Burlington. I bought a 15 foot 50 amp extension cord among other things. Good thing because I needed it in Lynden.

The Lynden Campout is a Washington Good Sam event and 3 rigs from our chapter (The Appleland  Sams) made the trip for the 3 day get together.

We arrived right at 12 noon. There were probably 50 rigs already there.

We got parked and were right beside Jim & Eileen.

We shared water and a 'funky' electrical panel. I ran my power cord under my RV and had to use the power extension I had just bought.

There were RVs of every shape and size.

Nice MDT and Mobile Suites.

A few shots from above.

That's us in the middle...the red truck.

Wonderful weather. Mt. Baker in the distance.

The ole Clock Tower...missing the clock.

There were many rigs from across the border..Canada. We met lots of new friends.

Nice shot of our rig with Mt Baker in the background.

While there, Donna trimmed Jims beard and hair. I got a haircut too. Just in time for the days got nice and warm, in the 80s.

We will spend 3 nights here.
