The last 8 days here in Yuma has gone pretty fast. The planning is done for our trip onward to Florida. Our friends, Tim & Bev, who we are travelling with us on the trip, have arrived here as well. Our site here.
We made a trip into Mexico, to Algodones, to enjoy some great shrimp tacos. While there, Tim got some dental work done and Bev got some new glasses. We just ate tacos. Bev's glasses cost her just $99.00. Not bad at all.
We filled 2 propane tanks in preparation for our trip. One for the rig.
We actually use very little propane in our rig. Just for the stove/oven, and for our on-demand water heater. We also filled our little LP bottle that we use for our BBQ and inside propane heater.
With all our doctor appointments taken care of, and some maintenance work on the RV completed, we are ready to head out.
Donna and I are leaving today for the Gila Bend area, then to Casa Grande. We will meet up with Tim & Bev close to Eloy in a few days and together we will be on our way East.
