Review - Chehalis TT - Chehalis, WA - April 11 - 12, 2017

This park was the first park that Thousand Trails opened. It is located just southeast of Chehalis. Just a few miles off Interstate 5 on two lane roads like this.

There are good TT signs along the way so you can find it easily.

The entrance of the park.

Up a slight hill to the ranger station to check in.

The ranger station is at the bottom of the park by the mini golf.

Also is the adult lodge and pool.

Then the paved road goes uphill.

We are here early in the season. There aren't many campers here and several parts of the park aren't open yet. The adult lodge and pool were closed as was the A and B loops. These are the first camping loops you pass going up the hill.

Continuing up the hill, you may see some wildlife.

The next intersection you come to leads to loops F, G, and H. Further up the hill leads to the family lodge and pool, country store, and loops C, D, and E.

The family lodge area.

At this time of year, the pool and store is closed.

Driving through the camping loops, there are several areas closed off. Lots of clean up to be done still.

There is a lot of trees and vegetation. Not very many spots have good access to satelite TV. Verizon cell and internet were good.

We had a good 30 amp FHU spot.

The park has 33 FHU sites and 290 power and water during the regular season. With all the amenities, this park looks like a good one. We will be back to this one.
