Life Back to Normal - With Our Repaired Truck - La Conner RV & Camping Resort, La Conner, WA - June 5, 2021

Twenty days in the shop. We have a nice looking truck again. And everything works great. It ended up costing just a bit over $13K. Queen City Auto Rebuild in Redmond, WA did a great job. The even detailed it inside and out. Wow! Nice!

I was a little worried about getting the truck back in time to move the RV to our next location. We could only stay at the Thunderbird RV Resort for 3 weeks. They delivered as promised. Got it back the day before moving day.

We spent a lot of time with Tim and family. He let us use his car while our truck was in the shop. Us with Roman & Ryker.

While at the Thunderbird, My Son, Tim and I took Roman & Ryker fishing.

No fish caught, but we had a great time.

We also went to watch Ryker play baseball a couple of times. Tim is the coach.

Saturday, the 5th was moving day. Packed everything back in the truck, and made a short drive (about 70 miles) north on Interstate 5 to Another Thousand Trail park at La Conner, WA. It rained some on the way and now my super new looking, shiny clean truck...looks like my old truck again.

We picked a nice 30 amp & water site.

We will be here for 2 weeks.

The Fergs out .......

  1. There are certainly worse places you could have been stuck waiting for truck repairs! Glad to hear everything is as good as new!
