And Back In Washington - May 6, 2019

Our only stop in Idaho was at the Mountain Home Elks Lodge.

We had the place all to ourselves. 30 Amp power and water. Perfect for our one night here.

Then to our favorite stopping spot at the Wildhorse Casino in Pendleton, OR.

We entered into Washington on April 18th, eight days on the road from our Yuma home. We stopped for one night at a nice little Mom & Pop RV Park, Sunnyside RV Park in Sunnyside, WA. It is a Passport America park.

Then we checked into the Yakima sportsman State Park in Yakima, WA. We were there for 7 days.

Our daughter Kim, who lives in Yakima came to visit us at the park with our grand daughter Ally.

For Easter, our eldest daughter, Candy, came up from Vancouver along with both of our grandsons Erik & Chase. After church, We had Easter at a nice Air B & B just outside of town.

Then it was time to drive over the mountains to Monroe, WA and the Thunderbird RV Resort to visit with Tim & Shannon, and Roman & Ryker. We booked 8 days here.

We had a nice spot overlooking the Snohomish River.

While there we went to Roman and Ryker's baseball games. Tim coaches Ryker's team. Both boys are playing really well this year and are having a ball.

May 4th, I went into Wenatchee (our hometown) for the 100th Apple Blossem Festival parade. I started at Triangle Park where the parade sets up and starts. All the floats were here.

Then I walked down town and sat with my Step-Brother Randi waiting for the parade to start.
Here is a motorcycle drill team, the beginning of the parade, my High School band, and Wenatchee's float with the royalty aboard.

Now we are in Bow, WA at the Mount Vernon Thousand Trails campground. This is a nice park and we will be here for 8 days.

That's it for now. Catching up with family and friends.

The Fergs out .......
