Our stay at Thunderbird RV Campground is for 3 weeks. We arrived Saturday, the 15th and dropped the truck off for repairs on Sunday. They started working on it Monday morning. We have to have it back so we can move our RV by Saturday, June 5th. They assure me it will be ready in time.
Queen City Auto has been keeping me updated with progress pictures.
The work starts!
They did find additional damage and submitted it to our insurance company, National General. This brings the total to over $15K!
The damage is from the bed making contact with the cab of the truck.

And the re-assembly begins.
They assure me it will be ready for pickup on Friday the 4th. The day before we need it. Holding my breath!
Meanwhile, I have been working on my guitar learning, spending time with my Son, Tim, and family. Thanks to Tim for letting us use his Ford Fusion while our truck is in the shop.
The next update, we should have a truck.
